    Soki's beef is focused only on the quality of taste & Healthiness. Not on marbling level.

    1) Low fat : it could sound like it is not juicy enough. But with the special aging technique, it maximized the depth of taste, and has a marvelous taste.

    2) Omega-3 Strengthened : Mostly to make marbling (to sell higher price), the farm feeds grains (Omega-6) and tie them to prevent moving which makes tenderer meat. Grain-fed beef can have ratios that exceed 66:1 whereby grass-fed beef is down around 3:1 while the best ratio is 1:1. Soki's beef kept trying to maintain the quality of taste with their special technique, and decrease the level of Omega-6. Last year was 10.7:1 and the expectation for this year is 4:1. 

    3) Patented formula aging : This is the secret of superb taste. Aging for 30 days to maximize the quality of meat & taste. They don't use dry aging, but their own secretive family owned formula. You will be not only surprised but also grateful to have a taste of it. 

    4) Perfectly Clean environment : Healthy meat is made by the stress of the animal. To minimize the stress level, they always keep the farm in the cleanest condition with great ventilation system.

    5) Grass-fed : Fermented Green barley feed for healthiness of meat.
